Bodies Pathway

The students of BODIES 2019-2020 had a great year being a part of the BODIES program. Here is a closer look at what they were able to do! Throughout the semester, they worked on creating their manikin, as shown multiple times in the video. Using clay, they were able to recreate major body structures and fit them on a manikin that was eventually showcased to community members. Additionally, throughout the semester, students took field trips to many healthcare facilities, such as James Hospital, located on OSU campus, as well as the Nursing school. Students were able to talk to professionals and get some hands-on experience. If you are interested in learning more about the fields involved in healthcare, BODIES is a pathway that we highly recommend!

Here are a few pictures of students from BODIES during 2019-2020. Students were free to utilize OSUs facilities, such as Thompson Library, and were able to go on multiple field trips as a class.
